ELOPEMENTS • MICRO-WEDDINGS
Southwest Florida Elopement & Micro-Wedding Photographer
Smaller guest list. Less running around. More time to actually be at your own wedding.
Elopements and micro-weddings strip away a lot of the noise that can come with a traditional wedding day and leave room for the things (and the people) you actually want there.
If I could do my own wedding over again, I'd make it smaller.
I had 124 guests at my wedding.
If I could go back and do it all over again, I'd choose a micro-wedding or elope on a faraway mountain cliff somewhere. 100%.
I love the excitement of a big wedding, but when you're surrounded by that many people, it's almost impossible to really spend time with everyone. You're pulled from one conversation to another, one formality to the next, and before you know it, the night is over.
Smaller weddings give you room to slow down.
You can sit at the table. Finish a conversation. Hug your people a little longer. Spend time with the person you just married. Actually look around and take in what's happening.
There's less fluff & flair. Less rushing. Less pulling you away from each other.
And a whole lot more room for you.
Elopement or Micro-wedding?
Elopements
Just the two of you, your witnesses and the person making it official.
Simple, intimate and about as close as you can get to having the day completely to yourselves.
Micro-weddings
Think of it as a smaller, simpler version of a traditional wedding, generally around 20–50 guests, including your wedding party.
You can still have the dress, flowers, family, champagne, cake and the traditions you care about.
You don’t have to invite your mom’s friend from high school or your dad’s cousin you’ve never even met.
A smaller wedding means a smaller timeline.
Hourly coverage is designed around the essentials of a smaller wedding day, not squeezing eight hours of wedding photography into two. Depending on the amount of time you choose, we'll focus on your ceremony, family photographs, wedding party if you have one, and portraits of the two of you. With longer coverage, we may also have time for getting ready, details or a little more of the celebration.
The goal isn't to race through a giant shot list.
It's to give the parts of your day that matter enough time to happen.
Keep it Simple.
